Rosalee Cavner

M. Rosalee Cavner, 93, of Maryville, Missouri, passed away at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, on Monday, February 10, 2025.

Rosalee was born on April 20, 1931, in Maryville, Missouri. Her parents were Lewis and Bama (Grace) Logsdon. They preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her sister Kathleen, and 3 brothers, Clifton, Sam and Bob Logsdon, and twin granddaughters, Sara and Nicole Eckstein.

She worked at United Telephone in Maryville for over 30 years. She had also worked with Dr. Havaldar at Maryville Specialty Clinic, and with Bob Whipple Telephone Service, and Break Time/MFA in Maryville.

Rosalee was united in marriage to Kenneth R. Cavner on July 15, 1952, in Maryville. He passed away on June 15, 2016.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Maryville.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Jo Reynolds, and Cindy (Rick) Jones, all of Maryville, 9 grandchildren, Mike (Cara) Eckstein, Olathe, Kansas, Venissa Jones, Maryville, Stacy Eckstein, Cape Coral, Florida, Jennifer (Justin) Stoll, Maryville, Tim Eckstein, Maryville, Lisa (Chris) McCrary, Clyde, Missouri, Ashleigh Eckstein, Maryville, Ryan Eckstein, Maryville, and Courtney (Kyle) Kelmel, Maryville, 14 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM, on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at the Bram Funeral Home, Maryville, Missouri. The burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Maryville.

No formal visitation is planned. Friends may call after 9:00 AM on Wednesday, at the Bram Funeral Home.
