Rhonda L. Porter

Rhonda Lynn Porter, 62, of Maryville, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, February 15, 2025. 

Rhonda was born in North Kansas City, Missouri, on December 24, 1962. Her parents were Charles R. and Carol R. (Martin) Ferguson. Her father preceded her in death, as well as her sister, Cynthia Fugle, her stepbrother, Michael Martin, and her stepsister, Belinda Martin. 

Rhonda was a homemaker and had been a cook in area schools. She was an avid KC Chiefs fan. She enjoyed watching and identifying birds. She like to go camping, and rock collecting. She also did crafts with the rocks she found. 

She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, she loved dogs, and pets were always part of her family. Dozer was her full-time pet companion. 

She was of the Baptist faith and had attended the Laura Street Baptist Church. 

Her survivors include her husband, Randal, of the home, her children, Anthony E. Ferguson, and Misty R. Ferguson, both of Maryville, Missouri, and Samantha J. (Jonathan) King, Maryville, Victoria (Mark) Huxtable, Teresa Penkala, Roberta Wilkerson, Rachel Delgado, step-sisters, Rhonda (Art) Hansen, Christine Lowe, her 7 grandchildren, Shaylyn Horn, Andrew Horn, Aiden Marsh, Kairi Marsh, Delilah Dowden, Oliver King, Maxine King, and numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at the Bram Funeral Home, Maryville, Missouri. 

The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. 

Cremation will be completed after the service.
