Phyllis P. Scott

Phyllis P. Scott, of Maryville, MO, passed from this life on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at the Village Care, Center, Maryville.

Phyllis was born in Bedford, IA, her parents were Phillip and Bernice (John) Thompson.  They preceded her in death.  She was also preceded by her grandson, Jesse Scott in 1989,

She was a lifelong resident of the area and had graduated from Maryville High School.  She was a member and had attended the Church of Christ, Maryville.

Phyllis had worked in the placement department for the Missouri Job Service for many years.  She was also the clerk for Younger Auction Co, first for Pete Younger and Carl Graham, and later for Mark Younger.  She had also worked at the A+ Realty Co, both of Maryville

On July 20, 1946 in Maryville, MO, Phyllis was united in marriage to Robert Foster Scott.  He survives of the home.

Other survivors include her children, Robbie (Boda) Scott, Maryville, and Ronda (Victor) Krainbill, Bern, KS; 3 grandchildren, Seth Scott, and Lauren and Wade Kauffman; 2 great grandchildren, Hayden and Hudson Scott.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM on Friday, January 26, 2018, at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home.  The burial will follow in the Miriam Cemetery, both of Maryville, MO.

The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
