Michael S. Piveral

Michael Scott “Mike” Piveral, 61, of Maryville, Missouri passed away at home on Friday, January 10, 2025, with family at his side, after a lengthy illness.

Mike was born at the old St. Francis Hospital in Maryville, on March 28, 1963, to Robert E. and Virginia Lee (Collins) Piveral. He was a lifelong resident of the area.

He graduated in 1982 from the Maryville High School and had taken classes at Northwest Tech in Maryville. He had worked at several automotive shops over the years. 

His parents preceded him in death, as well two children, David Scott Piveral, and Sharon Renee Snuffer, also his daughter-in-law, Tiffany Piveral. And by siblings, Jess Piveral, Cheryl Pierson, and Brenda Boehm, and his mother-in-law, Dianna Simpson. 

On May 26, 1982, at the First United Methodist Church in Maryville, Mike was united in marriage to Sharon Kay Simpson, and she survives of the home.

Other survivors include his children, Michael (Maria) Piveral, Clarinda, Iowa, and Rebecca (Mike) Ebrecht, Bedford, Iowa, his siblings, Lynn (Al) Boehm, Stanberry, Missouri, Robert E. Piveral, Jr., Arlington, Texas, and Richard (Rita) Piveral, Bedison, Missouri, 11 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Mike has been cremated under the care of the Bram Funeral Home, Maryville, Missouri. It was his wish that no services be held.
