Michael George Wiederholt

Michael George Wiederholt, 72, of Stanberry, Missouri, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.

Mike was born in St. Joseph, Missouri, on November 2, 1952. His parents were George Herman and Betty Lou (Ballard) Wiederholt. He grew up in Stanberry and graduated high school there in 1970, he had attended Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville. 

He had owned a service station in Stanberry for several years, and sold it in 1979, and moved to Maryville. He had worked at Union Carbide in Maryville before entering the construction trade. He was a foreman for many years all over the United States with different companies. And had moved back to this area after spending 15 years in Stockton, California. 

His parents preceded him in death; George in 1982, and Betty in 2016, then his brother David passed in 2017.

He is survived by his 2 children, Michael George (Megan Rader) Wiederholt, Jr., Hopkins, Missouri, and Sarah Sue (Damian) Gray, Independence, Missouri, 8 grandchildren, Allison, Max, Haley, Henry, William, Dustie, Torrie, and Memphis. He is also survived by his siblings, Stephen (Linda) Wiederholt, Kansas City, Missouri, Dale (Diana) Wiederholt, Stanberry, Missouri, Cathy (Derry) Goff, Conception Junction, Missouri, Bill (Monica) Wiederholt, Stanberry, Missouri, Russell (Denise) Wiederholt, Maryville, Missouri, Wilma (Bob) Wake, Stanberry, Missouri, Marjorie Wiederholt, Farmington, Missouri, and Georgia (Steve) Espey, Maryville, Missouri, his friend and companion, June Hardin, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Mike has been cremated under the care of the Bram Funeral Home, Maryville, Missouri.

Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM, on Monday, December 9, 2024, at the Bram Funeral Home.
