Lucas Allen Greever, 28, of Burlington Junction, MO, passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2017, west of Burlington Junction, as a result of a motor vehicle accident.

Lucas was born on June 5, 1989, in Maryville, MO.  His parents are Lawrance “Allen” and Sandy Elaine (Whited) Greever.  He was preceded by his grandparents, Albert L. and Maggie Greever, and James (Mary Jane) Whited, and uncle and aunt, Robert (Charlott) Greever, and uncle, Jim Whited.

He worked in construction erecting grain bins for Tomkinson Construction.  He was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed “living life”.

His survivors include his parents, Allen and Sandy Greever, Burlington Junction, MO, his 2 children, Hayle Jane Jolene Greever, Burlington Junction, and Blaize Landon Terry Greever, Falls City, NE, sister Tracy Kirchert, and brother, Tony Haffner; aunts and uncles, Corrine (Danny) George, Springfield, MO, Ginny (Kent) Thompson, Clarinda, IA, Debbie Schmidt, Council Bluffs, IA, Ruby Farlin, Joplin, MO, Larry Whited, Bedford, IA; and numerous cousins.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM, on Thursday, October 19, 2017, at the First Christian Church, in Burlington Junction, MO.  The burial will follow in the Ohio Cemetery, Burlington Junction.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 PM, Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at the church in Burlington Junction.
