Danny L. Stinnett

Danny L. Stinnett, 67, of Maitland, MO, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at Mosaic Life Care in Maryville, MO.

Danny was born on March 18, 1952, in Okinawa, Japan, his parents were Asaph and Naoko (Monguchi) Stinnett.  The family lived in Richville, MO until age 6, and had lived in the Maitland area since he was 16.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and by his step brother, Bobby Perry, and step sister, Debra Moore.

Danny had attended mechanics school at the Iowa Western Community College, in Council Bluffs, IA.

Danny proudly served his country in the US Army from 1971-74, serving in Germany as a Crew Chief in helicopter maintenance.

He liked to ride his motorcycle, watch YouTube video’s, play video games, and visiting his friends.  He also enjoyed life.

On April 1, 2006, Danny was united in marriage to Patricia Sue Stansbury.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; his children, Andy, Matt, Ace, Zeb, Dyani, Sherylann, and Daniel; his siblings, Janie, Sandra, Terry, Gail, Nita Kim, and Scott; his grandchildren, Dalton, Aydan, Victoria, Lorelai, Alex, Arianna, Skylar, Sawyer, Curtis, Samantha, Shailynne, Kelsey, Clarissa, and Tanner; his 5 great grandchildren, Christopher, Travis, Keegan, Lily, and Marshall; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services and burial be at 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 11, 2019, at the Hillcrest Cemetery, Skidmore, MO.  Military Rites will be conducted at the cemetery following the service.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 PM, Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO.
