Annetta F. Herring

Annetta Francis Herring, 89, of Maryville, MO, and formerly of Raytown, MO, passed from this life on Sunday, September 24, 2017, at the Parkdale Manor Nursing Home, Maryville.

Annetta was born in Kansas City, MO, on December 31, 1927.  Her parents were H. Louis Pendleton and Ruth V. Kinnamon Pendleton.  They preceded her in death.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald, in 2017.  Son, Patrick Herring, in 2011, and granddaughter Delanee Joel Herring, in 1985.

On February 15, 1948, Annetta was united in marriage to Donald Francis Herring in Raytown, MO.  They celebrated 69 years of marriage before Donald’s passing in 2017.

Annetta worked for 33 years at the Leed’s MO, GM Plant.

She was a Christian, and a member of the Raytown Historical Society.  She had been the treasurer of the Brooking Cemetery Board.

Her survivors include her 2 sons, Michael (Debra) Herring, Maryville, MO, and Timothy Herring, Kansas City, MO; 6 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.

Mrs. Herring has been cremated under the direction of the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO.  A private joint memorial graveside service will be on Saturday, September 30, 2017, for Annetta and Donald, at the Brookings Cemetery, Raytown, MO.

The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 PM, on Friday, September 29, 2017, at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to the New Nodaway Humane Society, Maryville, MO.
