Donald Gene Baxter

Maryville - Donald Gene Baxter, 72, of Maryville, passed from this life on Friday, June 23, 2006 at the St. Francis Hospital.

Born on September 24, 1933 in Ingalls, KS he was the son of the late Eugene & Elsie Mae Baxter.
He was a Veteran serving in the US Army during the Korean War where he was awarded the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star.

He resided in Graham for over thirty years, where he retired from Davis Fertilizing.

He was of the Protestant faith.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Angela J. Baxter, Kansas City, MO and a brother, Fred Baxter and wife, Geneva, Elkart, KS, and niece Debra & children, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial Graveside Services and Inurnment will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, June 26, 2006 at the Prairie Home Cemetery, Graham, Missouri. There will be no visitation or viewing.
