Gary Lee Hudson, Sr.

Ravenwood - Gary Hudson, 63, of Ravenwood, passed from this life on Monday, June 5, 2006 at the Heartland Regional Medical Center.

Born on July 9, 1942 in St. Joseph, MO he was the son of the late Richard & Neva (Hawkins) Hudson.

He was a member of the Methodist Church
He had been employed in construction for 45 years and was employed the last six years Smith Brothers Masonry. In addition he owned and operated the Ravenwood Cafe for 7 years.

He is survived by his loving wife Victoria Ann "Vicki" (Cowart) Hudson, whom he reunited with in 2001, in addition to his wife he is survived by son, Gary L. Hudson, Jr., El Paso, IL, Daughters, Rhonda J. Hudson, Albany, Melody A. Adwell, Ravenwood, son, Kenny R. Hudson, McFall, MO, three brothers, one sister and several grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one sister and his former wife Marilyn Joan (Wright) Hudson.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, June 9, 2006 at the Danfelt Funeral Home, 951 S. Main Street, Maryville, MO 64468 with the Rev. Charlie Bottiger, officiating. Final Resting Place will be in the Oak Lawn Cemetery, Ravenwood, MO. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6 to 7 P.M.
