Conception Junction - Alice Louise Farnan, 73, of Conception Junction, passed from this life on Friday, August 17, 2007 at the Beverly Living Center.

Born on March 6, 1934 she was the daughter of the late Chester Earl & Bertha Jane (Alsbury) Wilson.

She was a member of the St. Columba Catholic Church.

She was a retired housekeeper from the Benedictine Convent, Clyde, MO.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert H. Farnan whom she married on September 1, 1953, in Conception Junction, MO, loving children, Sandra Farnan, Maryville, David Farnan, Conception Junction, Jody Frampton and husband Mark, Arkoe, Sharon Luke and husband Dave, Stanberry, Annette Farnan, Maryville, Joe Farnan and wife Robin, Conception, Paul Farnan and wife Brenda, Bedford, Iowa, sisters, Viola Joy, Lawson, MO & Fern Moad, Albany, MO, 12 Grandchildren & 2 Great Grand Children. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Melvin Wilson, sister, Margaret Herndon.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, August 21, 2007 at the St. Columba Catholic Church, Conception Junction, MO, with Father Augustine Dreiling as the Celebrant. Final Resting Place will be in the St. Columba Cemetery, Conception, MO.

The family will receive friends at the church on Monday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. with a Parish Rosary Service at 7 P.M. Friends may call at the church after 5:00 P.M. Monday. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
