Lawrence Wayne "Lornie" Johnson

Maryville - Lawrence Wayne "Lornie" Johnson, 41, of Maryville and formerly of St. Joseph, died, Sunday, April 23, 2006 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born on March 27, 1965 in Albia, Iowa he was the son of the late Donald Wayne Parcel, Sr. and Donna Rae (Johnson) Parcel of Ottumwa, Iowa.

He attended Calvary Chapel, Maryville. He was employed with Kawasaki, Maryville.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Ann (Powell) Johnson, loving children, Branden Wayne, Lawrence Wayne and Sara Leann Johnson all of the home,
Timothy Wayne Johnson, Independence, Iowa, two additional daughters, Heaven LaRose & Brandy Louise Johnson, siblings, Edward Lester Parcel, Dawne Denise Murphy both of Ottumwa, Iowa, Susan Kay Hunter, Nancy Renee Mendibles, Deora Olson, Robert Parcel, Mike Parcel & Phil Parcel. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Donald Wayne Parcel.

A Celebration of His Life will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 27, 2006 at the Danfelt Funeral Home, 951 S. Main Street, Maryville, Missouri 64468 with the Pastor J.D. Dirks, Officiating. Final Resting Place, Mt. Auburn Cemetery, St. Joseph.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon to 1 P.M., Thursday. There will be no evening visitation.
