Donald Walker

Donald Everly Walker, 85, of Ravenwood, MO passed from this life on Monday, March 15, 2010 at the St. Francis Hospital, Maryville, MO.

He was born in Isadora, MO on May 4, 1924 to the late Willie Clay & Caroline (Ray) Walker.

Mr. Walker married Norma Jean Wilson on June 27, 1950 in Maryville, MO.

He was a veteran of the US Army, and served in W.W.II. He was a member of the Ravenwood Christian Church and the Tri-C American Legion Post # 464.

He is survived by his loving wife Norma Jean; his daughters, Patricia & Tim Godsey, Ravenwood, MO; Pamela & Paul Tetrick, Auburn, NE; & Anita & Greg Brandt, Ravenwood, MO; his sisters Rosella Lewis & Jean Brown, Ravenwood, MO, 8 grandchildren & 8 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, twelve brothers and sisters, Sylvia Merckling, L.B. Walker, Wilma McClure, Duane Walker, Jenetta Hammer Parker, Joe Walker, Doris Vaughn, Darlene Holaday, Jerard Walker, Arthur Walker, Pauline Gross, and Virginia Eckery.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 19, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the Ravenwood Christian Church, Ravenwood, MO. Final Resting Place will be in the Oak Lawn Cemetery, Ravenwood.

The Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at the Danfelt Funeral Home, 951 S. Main St., Maryville, MO 64468.
