Valerie Jean Ashley

Maitland - Valerie Jean Ashley, 68, of Maitland and formerly of Maryville and Kingman, AZ, passed from this life on Friday, March 10, 2006 at her home.

She was born on March 1, 1938 in San Bernardino, CA and the daughter of the late Benford Harry and Johnnie Mae (Leach) Bradley.

She was a homemaker and worked in retail most of her life.
She was of the Ministry of the Gospel Faith.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald D. Ashley, whom she married on October 23, 1954 in Redlands, CA, children, Bradley D. Ashley & Steven S. Ashley both of Maitland, sister, Johnette Welton, Highland, CA, grandchildren, Heather Bender Goodin, Maryville, Dustin Ashley, Osceola, Iowa, Megan T. Ashley, Skidmore, Jacke P. Ashley, Maitland, Catie Ashley, Jefferson City, MO, and Ryan Ashley, Osceola, Iowa, one half brother and two half sisters

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jody L. Ashley on February 2, 2006
