Richard L. Still

Mr. Richard Lee Still 64, of Maryville, passed from this life on April 20, 2009, at the Village Care Center, Maryville. Born on April 15, 1945 in Maryville, Richard spent 36 years in Sedalia, MO. He returned to Maryville three years ago.

Richard spent 36 years as a road foreman and heavy equipment operator for the former Howard Construction Co. of Sedalia, MO, he retired in 2007. Richard was a member of the Laura Street Baptist Church, Maryville.

Richard was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Still in 1991.

On September 26, 1987 Richard married Myrtle Puckett in Hermitage MO. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include his mother, Beulah Crenshaw Still, Maryville. Children, Eugene Still, Michael Still, April Cline, and Becky Still. Step children, Richard Davis, and Shandolyn Carpenter. Sisters, Virginia Brown, Joann Tibbetts, and Betty Hartung. 7 grandchildren, 7 step grandchildren, 1 great grandchild. Several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Richard has been cremated, a Memorial Visitation will be from 10:00-11:30 A.M. Thursday, April 23, 2009 at the Bram Funeral Home, Maryville. Richards memorial service will be at a later date. Interment will be in the Miriam Cemetery, Maryville. Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Luekemia Association.
