Maryville - Margia M. Williams, 78, of Maryville, passed from this life on Thursday, January 5, 2006 at her home.

Born on July 14, 1927 in Ellsinore, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Frank & Etta (Beaver) Cates.

She was a Homemaker.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Maryville.

She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, George I. Williams of the home, daughter, B. Diane Fraze, Maryville, son, Michael I. Williams and wife, Joyce, Lavista, NE, sisters, Peggy Morton, Safford, AZ, Ruby Wolf, Santa Ana, CA, Audrey Monticue, Burlington Junction, MO, brothers, Fred Cates, Safford, AZ, Don Cates, Rohnert Park, CA, Jerry Cates, Pinole, CA, Obby Cates, San Pablo, CA, granddaughter, Julie Ann Williams, Overland Park, KS & grandson, Nicholas Steven Williams, Lavista, NE. She was preceded in death by her parents a sister, Mary Cates, brothers, Joe, Willis and Kenneth Cates and her son-in-law, Daniel Fraze.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Monday, January 9, 2006 at the First United Methodist Church, 102 N. Main Street, Maryville, MO with the Rev. Ross Fulton, Jr., Officiating. Final Resting Place will be in the Miriam Cemetery, Maryville, Missouri.
