William David Alloway

November 25, 1946 — January 7, 2009

Graham - William David "Bill" Alloway, 62, of Graham left us unexpectedly at home in his sleep Jan. 7, 2009.

Born on November 25, 1946 to the late Clarence "Hank" and Mary Hitchcock Alloway, Bill married Carol Sue Logan August 9, 1969. She and their children, Kiley [Kelly] Alloway and Dacia [Scott] McGinness,
survive him.

Also surviving are grandson Cole Alloway, granddaughter Payton McGinness, brother
Jim [Marolyn] Alloway and maternal aunt Thelma [Alfred] Linville, as well as a host of other
relatives and friends. His sister Judy [Ron] Partridge died in 2008.

Bill was awarded the Bronze Star while serving in the 1st Cavalry Division in Viet Nam in 1966-67. He was warehouse manager at the local Trans-Canada pipeline plant.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, Jaunuary 10, 2009 at the Danfelt Funeral Home, 951 S. Main Street, Maryville, Missouri 64468. Final Resting Place will be in the Prairie Home Cemetery, Graham with Military Honors provided by American Legion Post 121.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6 to 8 P.M.
