Frank I. Szabo, 42, of Platte City, passed from this life on Saturday, April 7, 2007 at the Kansas City Hospice House.

Born on May 30, 1964 in New Brunswick, NJ he was the son of the late Joseph Szabo and Elizabeth Gizela (Som) Szabo of Bonner Springs, KS.

He attended Faith Bible Fellowship in Atchison KS. He graduated from Delone High School in Hanover, PA. and from DeVry University in Columbia, OH. He was a successful computer consultant and founder and owner of Albion Systems Inc, Platte City, Mo. In addition to his mother he is survived by his devoted wife, Christy Rose (Schafer) Szabo whom he married on March 4, 2000, loving son, Zachary Joseph Szabo of the home, sister, Elizabeth Schroder, Bonner Springs, KS, brothers, Joe Szabo Reisterstown, MD, Chuck Szabo, Columbia, PA, Steve Szabo, Kennesaw, GA, four nieces and four nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.

A Celebration of his Life will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, April 12, 2007 at the Danfelt Funeral Home, 951 S. Main Street, Maryville, MO 64468 with the Pastor Stephen Lucas, Officiating. Final Resting Place, St. Mary's Cemetery, Maryville.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. Memorial donations may be made to the Zachary J. Szabo Education Fund, c/o Danfelt Funeral Home or Kansas City Hospice House or The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Kansas City.
