Springfield - Elaine Donahue, formerly of Maryville, MO passed from this life on Friday, February 20, 2009.

Born September 12th, in Emerson, Iowa to Walter and Geneva Allison.

She worked in nursing services at St. Francis Hospital

She married William D. Donahue Jr. October 1, 1940 in Falls City, Nebraska.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Brothers Errol and John Allison and Sisters Gladys Bartlett and Grace Jandreau

Survivors are three daughters, Carol Hutson, Springfield, MO., Patricia Frear, Gillette, WY and Connie Joyner, Council Bluffs, Iowa. Two sons, Rodney Donahue, Odessa, MO. and Billy Donahue, Springfield, MO. One Sister Sharon Weber, Council Bluffs, Iowa, 21 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be held at 10 A.M., Tuesday, February 24, at the St. Patrick's Cemetery, Maryville.
The family will receive friends at the Danfelt Funeral Home, 951 S. Main Street, Maryville, MO 64468 on Monday evening from 6 to 8 P.M.
