Orla Omar Walker, 91, of Savannah and formerly of Bolckow, passed from this life on Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at Laverna Village Nursing Home.

Born on February 8, 1917 he was the son of Douglas & Effie Mae (Neely) Walker.

He was a farmer and a member of the Barnard Christian Church, Barnard Saddle Club and Masonic Lodge, Pickering & Hopkins for over 50 years.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Ruby Lucille (Davidson) Walker, grandchildren, Deborah Ellen Iverson, Orange City, Iowa, Randal Omar Reinwald, Sioux Falls, S.D., David Allen Reinwald, Sioux Falls, S.D., Brian Reinwald and wife Kristal, Brandon, S.D., a sister, Evanell Maude Whitworth, Winterset, Iowa, brother, Merle Alford Walker, Maryville, MO, great grandchildren, Jennifer, Tammy, Michael, Rochelle, Aaron, Piper & Devon, six great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Helen Joyce (Lance) Leuthold Reinwald, brothers, Roy D. Walker and John D. Walker and a great grandchild, Dalton Reinwald.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, November 7, 2008 at the Danfelt Funeral Home, 951 S. Main Street, Maryville, Missouri 64468. Final Resting Place will be in the Barnard Cemetery. There will be no evening visitation however the family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 to 2 P.M. on Friday. Memorial Donations may be made to the Hands of Hospice, St. Joseph, MO.
