Cecelia C. King Armstrong, 93, Conception Junction, MO, passed away Friday, January 25, 2008 in Albany, MO. Born April 3, 1914, near Conception, MO to Clement and Catherine Wiederholt King. She married John Edmond Armstrong on February 14, 1934 in Stanberry, MO. He passed away on April 24, 1974. She was also preceded by her parents, 2 sisters, Rose Worth and Clara Schieber, and her brother, Edward.
Cecelia was a homemaker, and a Minister‘s wife. They formerly resided in Columbia, MO, Riverside, MO, Hardin, MO, Oak Grove, MO, Bentonville, Ark, and King City, MO. Her memberships included King City Christian Church and the American Pencil Society.
Survivors are her son, John C. Armstrong of Oak Grove, MO; 3 grandchildren, John C. "Jay" Armstrong, Jr. and James A. Armstrong, both of Oak Grove, MO. 6 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service and burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 28, 2008, at the High Ridge Cemetery, Stanberry, MO. No scheduled visitation. Friends may call anytime after 11:00 a.m. Sunday at the Bram Funeral Home of Maryville, Inc. Online condolences: www.bramfuneralhome.com
