Pickering - Ashley Nichole Dew, age 6, of Pickering, an Angel, called home by the Lord, on Thursday, February 22, 2007 at the St. Francis Hospital, Maryville.

Born on December 6, 2000 in Kansas City, MO she was the daughter of  Garry Allan & Tina Ann Dew of Pickering.

She was a kindergarten student at the North Nodaway R-6 Elementary School, Pickering.
Ashley loved playing with her sister Emily and friends, purple was her favorite color and she loved pigs, especially "Piggy" and her cat "Sally".

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving twin sister Emily Rose Dew, of the home, paternal grandparents, Larry & Carolyn Dew, Pickering, maternal grandparents, Jay & Dyann Rozema, Hamiliton, Ohio, maternal great grandmother, Jean Gibbs, Cincinnati, OH, Uncles & Aunts, Troy Dew, Kansas City, MO, Scott & Angela Dew, Smithville, Darin & Holly Mills, Linden, Iowa, Stefany Prindle, Hamilton, Ohio, cousins, Alexis Prindle & Ava Mills.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 A.M., on Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at the First Presbyterian Church, 211 S. Main Street, Maryville, MO.  Final Resting Place will be in the Miriam Cemetery, Maryville.

The family will receive friends at the Danfelt Funeral Home, 951 S. Main Street, Maryville, MO 64468 on Monday evening from 6 to 8 P.M.

The family has requested the omission of flowers and that memorial donations in Ashley's name be made to the Ronald McDonald House or the North Nodaway Elementary School Success Program.
