Margeory Sumner

St. Joseph - Margeory "Marge" Lemley Sumner, 94, passed from this life on, Monday, February 26, 2007 at the Carriage Square Health Care Center.

Born on December 14, 1912, in Whitesville, MO she was the daughter of the late Elmer & Rachel (Murry) Wiley. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Herman H. Lemley and her second husband, Emory Sumner.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her caretaker and special friend, Marjorie K. Violett and husband Bill, St. Joseph, MO, step-son, Darrell Sumner, High Point, NC, sister, Fern Paxton, Kansas City, KS, brother, George Wiley, Savannah, OK. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Friday, March 2, 2007 at the Darlington Cemetery, Darlington, MO. There will be no formal visitation but friends may call between the hours of 9 & 5 P.M. on Thursday at the Danfelt Funeral Home, 951 S. Main Street, Maryville, MO 64468.
