William D. (Bill) Hill

William Delos (Bill) Hill, 65, of Maryville, MO, passed away at home on October 16, 2016, with family at his side.

Bill was born on July 16, 1951, in Graham, MO, his parents were William Martin and Eudora (Waldeier) Hill, and preceded him in death. He was also preceded by his brother, Charles Hill.

On June 14, 1991, in Paradise, MO, he married Sandra (Lininger) Linville, and she passed away on January 7, 2012.

He was retired as journey lineman and foreman and spent 44 Years at Nodaway-Worth Electric (REC), now United Electric, Maryville, MO.

He served and was a member of the Army National Guard. He and Sandy enjoyed time on the water, boating, traveling, and spending time with kids and grandkids.

He is survived by his children, Krystil A. (Chris) Shepherd, Platte City, MO, Teresa (Marlon) Mier, Gower, MO, Barbara (Steve) Dredge, Roach, MO, Lieutenant Colonel Larry (Gayle) Linville, Ft. Hood, TX, and Cindy (Allen) VanSickle, Maryville, MO; nephew, Kevin (Jen) Hill, Kansas City, MO; step son, Calvin Garner, Maryville, MO; 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and many friends.

Mr. Hill has been cremated. A memorial visitation will be from 1-4:00 PM, Saturday, October 22, 2016, at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO.

Memorials are suggested to SSM Hospice, Maryville, MO.
