Tanya Lynn Reno-Hendrix

Tanya Lynn Reno-Hendrix, 58, of Maryville, MO, and formerly of Pickering, MO, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2015, at her home in Maryville.

Tanya was born on October 4, 1956, in St. Joseph, MO. Her parents were Robert Lee Reno and Dorla D. (Vansickle) Taylor. She had lived for a while in south Missouri and moved back to this area in 1969.

Tanya had an Associate Degree in Business. She worked as a Level I Certified Med Aid at area nursing homes. She had also worked in the bakery at Casey’s. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, Maryville, MO.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert L. Reno; her grandparents; an aunt, niece, and her sister, Fawnla Jen.

Her survivors include her daughter, Malinda (Klye) Martin, Maryville, son Nekoma Hendrix, Maryville, her mother, Dorla D. Taylor, Maryville, 18 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren;7 siblings, Vicci (Shannon) Walter, Ravenwood, MO, Earl Dean (Jan) Reno, Maryville, Reginald Reno, Pickering, MO, Donetta (Dallas) Beery, Maryville, Kamala (Larry) John, Maryville, Tyanna (Kevin) Meek, Grant City, MO, La-Shawna (Mike) Henggeler, Guilford, MO; 2 step children, Shannon (Brandi Jo) Hendrix, Bedford, IA, and Brandi Rios, Elmo, MO; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO. The burial will follow in the Miriam Cemetery, Maryville. The minister will be Rev. Laura Rand.

The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 PM, Monday, April 6, 2015, at the funeral home.
