Mary Elizabeth Gould, 89, of Maryville, MO, passed from this life on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at the Village Care Center, Maryville.

Mary was born on January 5, 1926, in Maryville, to John Joseph and Elizabeth Victoria (Schwebach) Baumli. She attended grade school at St. Patrick’s and graduated from the Maryville High School. Mary was a member of St. Gregory’s Catholic Church, St. Gerard’s Circle, and the Friendly Neighbors Neighborhood Pitch Club. She was former member of the Soroptomist, Business and Professional Women, and the Bell Grove Club.

Mary married Bowdoin J. Gould in San Francisco in 1959, they later divorced. She had lived for 22 years in California and the Maryville area for the remainder of her life. She had been an accountant, was a Real Estate Broker, and later a caseworker for the State of Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, Catherine Baumli, Theresa Spire, John Baumli, Jr., Joe Baumli, and Gregory Baumli,

Mary is survived by her children, Deborah Gould, (fiancé Jack Limbach) Hilton Head, SC, Karen (Jeff) From, Maryville, MO, and Jeff (Cindy) Gould, Lees Summit, MO; brother, Matt (Betty) Baumli, Maryville, MO; grandchildren, Nicole (Brett) Swope, Joshua Welch, Brian (Kara) Welch, Geoffrey From, Aaron From, Jessica From, Dexton (Amy) Gould, Zachary (Janelle) Gould, and Bradey Gould; 7 great grandchildren, Julian From, Cambre and Brecker Swope, Paisley Gouild, Mason and Harrison Gould, Ellie Welch; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM, Monday, March 16, 2015, at the St. Gregory’s Catholic Church. The burial will follow at the St. Mary’s Cemetery, Maryville, MO.

The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the Mass on Monday at the church.

Services are under the direction of the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO.
