Nadene Fuller, 96, of Maryville passed away February 19, 2015 at Parkdale Manor in Maryville. She passed away surrounded by loving family.
Born July 10, 1918 in Burlington Junction, MO. Her parents were Boise Campbell Malone and Myrtie Gertrude (Biggers) Malone. They preceeded her in death. She was also preceeded in death by a brother, James Thomas Malone and his wife Helen.
On August 3, 1941 she married Merlin Ross Fuller. He also preceeded her in death.
Nadene graduated from Clearmont High School in 1936. She went on to then Northwest Missouri State Teachers College , and graduated in 1939. She worked on a masters degree. She taught at several area schools, Ravanna,MO, Braddyville, IA, Clearmont, Hopkins, Maryville, and Sheridan, MO.
Nadene was very active in the Burlington Junction Rolla Dicks American Legion Auxillary Unit 315 . She was an active member for 50 years. She was also a member of the Burlington Junction United Methodist Church.
Left to mourn her passing are three children, Nancy (Wayne) Sayler of Princeton, IL, Susan (Gary) Hull of Elmo, MO and James "Jim" (Sheila) Fuller of Burlington Junction, MO. Ten grandchildren, twenty two great grandchildren; two sister-in-laws, Lou Fuller & Beverly Fuller; and several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Funeral services for Nadene Fuller will be Monday, February 23, 2015 at 10:00 AM. The service will be held at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville. Visitation Sunday afternoon February 22, 2015, from 4pm till 6pm at the funeral home.
Memorials can be directed to the Rolla Dicks American Legion Auxillary Unit 315 of Burlington Junction.
