Verlin (Bully) D. Fannon

Verlin D. (Bully) Fannon, 78, of Conception Junction, MO, passed away at his home on October 23, 2014.

Bully was born on July 3, 1936, in Maryville, MO; his parents were George E. and Goldie J. (Gilbert) Fannon, and preceded him in death. He was also preceded by his brothers, George Duane Fannon, in 2009, and Larry E. Fannon, in 1989.

Bully was a retired farmer and with the exception of his time in the US Army, lived all his life in the area. He had also attended the RLDS Church, formerly of Bedison, MO.

He is survived by 2 brothers, Forrest E. Fannon, Stanberry, MO, and Robert L. (Jerri) Fannon, Conception Junction, MO; sister, Sharon (Jim) Williams, Savannah, MO; sister in law, Marilyn Fannon, Syracuse, NE; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Interment will be at 3:00 PM, Saturday, October 25, 2014, at the Swinford Cemetery, Conception Junction, MO, under the direction of the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home. No formal visitation is planned.
