Marolyn Kay (Hilton) Alloway, 70, of Graham, MO, passed away Monday, March 3, 2014, at her home with her family by her side. She was born on September 27, 1943, in Maryville, MO, to Ralph E. and Frances A. (Hilsabeck) Hilton.
She married James Lee Alloway on May 29, 1964, in Graham, MO. She had worked at NWMSU in Maryville, in the data center for over 49 years, before being forced to retire due to her illness in February 2013.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Barbara Heck, in September 2013; and her brother in law, Norman Lee Kenny, in February 2013.
Marolyn is survived by her husband, James Lee Alloway of the home; daughter, Pamela Michelle Alloway, Barnard, MO; sister, Norma Kenny, Graham, MO; several nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
Services will be held at 10:00 AM, on Thursday, March 6, 2014, at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO. Burial will follow at the Graham Prairie Home Cemetery, Graham, MO. No formal visitation is planned.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be directed to the New Nodaway Humane Society, 829 South Depot Street, Maryville, MO 64468.
