Franklin Dale (Frank) Johnson, 60, of Graham, MO, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 6, 2013, at his home in Graham.

Frank was born on March 10, 1953, near Skidmore, MO, to Dale Dorman and Virginia Sue (West) Johnson, they preceded him in death.

He was a graduate of West Nodaway High School, Burlington Junction, MO. He then received his B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Sciences at Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, MO. He later received his Master’s Degree from Northwest. He had lived in Espanola, N.M. before moving to Graham in 2012.

Frank was a computer programmer and computer trouble shooter for the State of New Mexico for over 25 years, retiring in 2012, he had also done computer work for T.W.A. in Kansas City, MO. Frank also was employed with the New Mexico Mounted Police for many years, working nights and weekends.

He was a member of the N.R.A., and the New Mexico Sheriff’s Association

His survivors include 2 sisters, Vivian (Sam) Wright, St. Joseph, MO, and Frances Hammond, Omaha, NE; a cousin who was raised with Frank, John E. (Jane) West, Kansas City, MO; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO. The burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Skidmore, MO. Rev. Don Barnett will be the minister.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 PM, Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO.
