Bonnie May Davis

Bonnie May Davis 72, of Maryville, MO passed away Saturday, October 27, 2012, at the Heartland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph, MO.

Bonnie was born on February 2, 1940, in Maryville, MO, to David Lee and Mildred Mae (Miller) Roderick. She was preceded in death by her parents; step-son, Allen Davis, and son Eddie Davis; daughter, Candy Amanda Davis; step-daughter, Bonitia Aley, and sisters, Anna Williams, Betty Pierson, and Stella Winchelle, and brothers, Andy Roderick, and Richard Roderick; step-son Russell Davis.

In 1962, Bonnie was united in marriage to Lawrence M. Davis in Bedford, IA, he passed away in 2006.

Bonnie was a Nurse’s Aide at the St. Francis Hospital in Maryville for over 26 years, she attended Laura Street Baptist Church, and was a member of the Eagle’s Lodge, both of Maryville.

Survivors include her children, Ola Mae Roberts, Skidmore, MO, James C. Wiltrout, Maryville, MO, Jack A. Wiltrout, Maryville, MO, Kirby L Davis, Ravenwood, MO, Nina M. Beason, Maryville, MO; step-children, Kristen S. Lynch, Mesa, AZ, and Jeff L. Davis, Apache Junction, AZ; brother, Jack Roderick, Maryville, MO; 31 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, and 16 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Davis’s body has been cremated, her memorial service will be at 10:30 AM, Thurday, November 1, 2012 at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO, Rev. Paul McKim will be the officiant. Inurnment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Maryville, MO.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 PM Wednesday, October 31, 2012, at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville.
