Lana Delberta Puckett O’Marrah 70, of Maryville, MO passed away Monday, March 12, 2012 at the KU Medical Center in Kansas City, KS.
Lana was born on November 6, 1941 in Maryville, MO to Millard F. and Jennie D. (Mozingo) Puckett. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Frank Puckett.
She lived most all her life in the Maryville and St. Joseph areas, and had spent some time in Chicago, IL, and in Iowa. She was a 1959 graduate of the former Horace Mann High School, Maryville. She had worked as a Certified Med. Tech at a nursing home in Lenox, IA. She was of the Jehovah’s Witness Faith.
Survivors include her children, Kevin (Shawna) Stephen, Roy, WA, Greg Stephen, Florida, Cindy Bennett, Bonnie Lake, WA, and Sheila Moss, Olympia, WA; her siblings, Charles (Rena) Puckett, Barnard, MO, Millard (Louise) Puckett, Rockaway Beach, MO, Danny (Debbie) Puckett, Conception Junction, MO, Myrtle Still, Maryville, MO, and Penny (Gary) Emery, Ravenwood, MO; 12 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. O’Marrah’s body had been cremated under the direction of the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO. Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
