Roberta Kinman

Emma Roberta Kinman 103, of Maryville, MO and formerly of the Elmo, MO area passed away peacefully on August 24, 2011, at the Parkdale Manor Nursing Home in Maryville.

Roberta was born on March 16, 1908 in Edgar, NE to Samuel Edgar and Pearl Edith Woods Livengood. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed & Pearl, and by her brothers, Glenn, Fred, and David Livengood, and by her sisters, Inez Bowman, Dorothy Graham, and Lavern Myer.

Roberta was of the Methodist faith, and attended the Elmo United Methodist Church. She was a housewife, and former school Librarian in Elmo.

On April 2, 1947 she was united in marriage to Ercille Kinman, he passed away on May 2, 1967.

She is survived by her sister, Ethel Struble, Onawa, IA., and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM Saturday, August 27, 2011 at the United Methodist Church, Elmo, MO. The burial will be in the Lamar Cemetery, also of Elmo. No formal visitation is planned.
