Clarence I. Beason, Sr. 81, of Maryville, MO passed away Thursday, August 18, 2011 at his home. He was born on September 22, 1929 in Fort Fleming, Wyoming to Ora Ivle and Anna Lorraine Rogers Beason. He lived most of his life in the Quitman, MO area, and moved to Maryville in 1974.

Clarence worked in the rendering department at the former Maryville Pack until it closed, and later retired from construction work for Kling Construction, Maryville. He was preceded in death by his parents, and infant son, Terry Allen Beason, and his sister, Clara Sartin. Clarence was a member of the former Pentecostal Church in Maryville.

On January 26 1973, Clarence was united in marriage to Marjorie D. Riley in St. Joseph, MO, she survives on the home.

Other survivors include his children, Kathy Dylaski, Kansas City, MO, Ivle Beason, Amazonia, MO, Ron Beason, Maryville, MO, Robert Beason, Kansas City, MO, Randy Beason, Kansas City, MO, Sandi Sheldton, Oklahoma City, OK, Lori Walker Des Moines, IA, Angie Beason, Jeanne Beason, Jr. Poppa, St. Joseph, MO, Kenny Poppa, Maryville, MO, Kirby Poppa Maryville, MO, Robert Poppa, Valley Falls, KS, Sheila Salyer, St. Joseph, MO, Linda Casey, St. Joseph, MO, and Mike Poppa, Sr., Maryville, MO. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, 3 nieces, a nephew, and many cousins.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Monday, August 22, 2011 at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO. The burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Maryville.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 PM Sunday, August 21, 2011 at the funeral home.
