Beryl V. Dragoo

Mr. Beryl Venard Dragoo 99, of Burlington Junction, MO passed away Friday, July 29, 2011 at the Golden Living Center, Maryville, MO.

Beryl was born on October 12, 1911 in Fairfax, MO to Meade and Vida Combs Dragoo.

On September 28, 1940 he was united in marriage to Esther Davis in Oregon, MO, she preceded him in death on May 1, 2000.. He was preceded in death by his parents, his granddaughter Donna Harden, his sister Sally Austin, and his five brothers, Frank, Orville, Everett, Ross, and Byron Dragoo.

He is survived by his five daughters, Joan (Jim) Meyer, Burlington Junction, MO, Linda Lekey, Maryville, MO, Sue Collins, Platte City, MO, Rita (Dallas) Hamilton, Burlington Junction, MO, and Lavone (J.O.) Norris, Olathe, KS. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday, August 1, 2011 at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO. The burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Clearmont, MO. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

Camp Quality of NW Missouri, or to the United Methodist Church, Burlington Junction, MO.
