Harold D. Kenny

Harold Dean Kenny 85 of Graham, MO passed away Sunday, January 30, 2011 at the Golden Living Center in Maryville, MO.

Harold was born on June 24, 1925 north of Graham, MO to George Thomas and Effie May German Kenny. He was a lifelong resident of the area. A U.S. Navy veteran, Harold served in WW II aboard the U.S.S. Maryland. Harold was a retired farmer.

On August 17, 1948, Harold was united in marriage to Mary Louise Alloway in Maryville, MO. She passed away in January of 2010.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Charles and Freddie Kenny, and by five sisters, Ethyle Kenny Wheeler, Dorothy Kenny, Remma Kenny Lowrance, Neva Kenny Farmer, and Juanita Kenny Sherrow.

Survivors, three sons, Tommy D. (Connie) Kenny, Skidmore, MO, Jerry L. (Cate) Kenny,
Skidmore, MO, and Kurby L (Marylou) Kenny, Skidmore, MO. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12, great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 2, 2010 at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO. Burial will be in the Prairie Home Cemetery, Graham, MO. No formal visitation is planned but friends may stop by anytime at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home. Military rites will be conducted at the cemetery.
